Community Property Manager

Beautiful small and quaint (67 unit) senior community looking for a manager with Tax Credit and project based Section 8 (HUD) experience. Candidate must have previous experience managing a blended property.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Computer experience and familiarity with OneSite or similar software
  • Work closely with maintenance department and vendors
  • Great Customer Service
  • Coordinate and prepare social activities at the property
  • Filing, creating and managing purchase orders, and processing invoices
  • Interviewing residents; processing 50059’s and all other government required paperwork
  • Show units and inspect common areas regularly
  • Annual unit inspections
  • REAC and annual MOR inspections

Minimum requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with tax credit requirements, HUD, affordable housing, regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to work independently and exercise judgment in problem solving
  • Minimum 2 years experience in property management

 

Must be able to provide:

  • Professional accreditations related to CTCAC and HUD
  • Valid California drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance

 

Compensation depending on experience; includes holiday, vacation & sick pay and 100% employer paid health insurance.
